2021

The company has established marketing and Research and Discovery centers in the three northeastern provinces and implemented direct sales methods to sell products in the region.
2019

HOPO launched the HESE brand to offer budget-friendly products through general dealers.
2018

The company developed a complete solution for STORO system doors and windows. Our focus was on creating versatile door and window systems to support downstream manufacturers with a range of options.
2016

We started adding smart opening technology to traditional doors and windows, creating products like smart control panels and intelligent handles for easier and more connected use.
2015

The company recruiting franchised dealers across the country and set up a sales model that combines direct sales with distribution.
2013

Set the course to deeply explore the home door and window market by establishing HOPO Window Control Technology Co., Ltd. Focused on product innovation, brand building, and serving downstream customers, especially in Foshan’s aluminum supply chain base. Launched a series of innovative products, building a strong foundation of experience in supporting door and window manufacturers.
2012

HOPO shifted development strategy to focus on the home decoration market, emphasizing product research, discovery and design.
2009

HOPO entered the industrial door and window hardware market, focusing on expanding the product line and improving quality.

Established the “HOPO” brand, promoting local alternatives for door and window hardware. Main products included components for sliding and flat doors and windows.

Founded Shenzhen HOPO Industrial Co., Ltd., focusing on plastic steel door and window hinges, aluminum alloy sliding door pulleys, handles, strip locks, and related products.

HOPO’s international presence spans Asia, America, and Europe, supported by a robust network of over 30 partners.

While we do not offer on-site installation, maintenance, or repair services, our dedicated technical support team is available for both online and offline assistance. According to our warranty policy, all functional and load-bearing hardware is covered by a 10-year warranty from the delivery date, and all exterior products are backed by a 3-year warranty. Electronic products come with a 12-month warranty.

In the event of a functional issue, customers are required to submit a photo or video depicting the problem, along with a written description, product article number, and proof of purchase to access HOPO support. If a product defect is confirmed within the warranty period, we will replace the item. Please note, however, that the warranty does not extend to additional services such as hardware removal, installation, or handling.
