The HOPO Brand Experience Center connects technology and products with the people who use them. At the Zhaoqing campus, dedicated HOPO, STORO and smart-home galleries use immersive, scenario-based displays to present more than two decades of innovation in window and door control systems.

Suspended Outward-Opening Window Hardware Control System

The system resolves the conflict between ventilation and operation during rainfall while addressing structural issues such as sash sagging, incorrect operation and wind-induced movement. It remains stable in strong winds and heavy rain.

Sliding Sealing Window and Door Hardware Control System

The system retains the simple operation, generous ventilation and space efficiency of conventional sliding windows and doors while improving air tightness, water tightness and acoustic performance. In typhoon-prone and high-rainfall conditions, it enhances both sealing and wind-load resistance.

Tilt-Slide-Swing Window Hardware Control System

The system retains the gentle ventilation, rain protection and safety of a tilt window while addressing the space requirements, impact risk, curtain interference and sash-size limitations of conventional inward-opening windows. It meets the combined demands of high wind pressure, thermal insulation and energy efficiency.

Tilt-and-Turn Window Hardware Control System

Building on conventional tilt-and-turn systems, HOPO offers ranges with concealed hinges, flush frame-and-sash profiles, high load capacity, compact stay arms and quick installation. Multi-point locking delivers strong wind resistance, thermal insulation and sealing performance while meeting inland requirements for ventilation, safety and efficient use of space.

The laboratory testing center operates in accordance with the ISO/IEC 17025 laboratory management system. It holds CNAS accreditation and recognition under the ILAC Mutual Recognition Arrangement (ILAC MRA), and its test data are recognized worldwide.

Professional Testing Matrix

The comprehensive and mechanical testing laboratories cover window and door hardware; air permeability, water tightness and wind-load resistance of building windows and doors; material analysis; mechanical performance; electrical safety; and product reliability.

Equipment includes spark optical-emission spectrometers, melt-flow-rate instruments, colorimeters, gloss meters, abrasion testers, coating-thickness gauges, Rockwell, Webster and Shore hardness testers, universal testing machines, integrated torque testers and lock-body impact testers. Material composition, hardness, abrasion resistance, color difference, gloss, coatings and related properties are tested in accordance with applicable national standards.

Core Test Areas

Rigorous Testing, Proven Reliability

Dedicated facilities include a product life-cycle laboratory, a load-bearing component life-cycle laboratory for windows, doors and hardware, an environmental laboratory for weathering and extreme-condition simulation, and a salt-spray laboratory for corrosion protection.

Product Life-Cycle Testing

Testing covers smart-lock durability, key and lock-cylinder torsional life, handle and gear-case life, low-temperature brittleness and other specialized evaluations.

Load-Bearing Durability

Testing focuses on the life and strength of building windows, doors and load-bearing hardware across sliding, casement, tilt-and-turn, folding and intelligent systems. Equipment includes life-cycle rigs for sliding doors, casement windows and doors, folding doors, tilt-and-turn and tilt-slide systems, as well as roller-life and resistance-to-damage testers.

Environmental Weathering

High temperature, humidity, light and ozone are simulated using xenon-arc and ultraviolet accelerated-weathering chambers, constant-temperature-and-humidity chambers and ozone-aging chambers to verify weather resistance and stability.

Salt-Spray Corrosion

A dedicated salt-spray area addresses coastal salinity and humid corrosion using national-standard Neutral Salt Spray (NSS) and Copper-Accelerated Acetic Acid Salt Spray (CASS) methods.
