The workshop covers more than 33,000 m² and operates 80 stamping machines and 30 die-casting machines, supported by an in-house fully automated coating line. Its annual output value exceeds US$440 million.

01 / Workshop Configuration
Three Core Workshop Functions
The workshop operates 80 stamping machines and 30 die-casting machines, together with an in-house fully automated coating line covering key stamping, die-casting and surface-finishing processes.
Stamping Production Center
It is equipped with a full range of high-precision machinery, including CNC machining centers, medium-speed wire EDM machines, lathes, grinders and EDM hole-drilling machines.
Tooling Production Center
Every stage of tooling, from design and machining to commissioning, is completed in-house.
This capability places HOPO at the forefront of stainless-steel stamping in China.
02 / Intelligent Assembly
Intelligent Assembly
The assembly workshop operates several dedicated production lines:
Manual Handle Assembly
Three manual handle assembly lines deliver an average daily output of 30,000 pieces.
Gear-Case Production
Eight gear-case production lines are in operation, with four more planned, increasing output from 30,000 to 45,000 pieces per day.
CATH29 Screen-Hinge Automated Line
One automated line with separate manual and machine operations is in regular production, and a second is scheduled to come online, raising output per operator by 30%.
Stand-Alone Automation
Stand-alone automation equipment integrates the assembly of 16 components across nine configurations, increasing UPPH from 96 to 500—an improvement of more than 400%.
03 / Intelligent Logistics
Intelligent Logistics
The intelligent logistics center is divided into component and finished-goods areas. The component warehouse covers more than 6,000 m², while the finished-goods warehouse covers more than 8,000 m².
Warehouse Management System
A WMS is used throughout the warehouse.
First In, First Out
Inventory is managed under a strict first-in, first-out policy.
Automated Guided Vehicles
AGVs support fully digital control of material receiving, dispatch and stocktaking.

Employee Well-Being
HOPO regards employee well-being as an essential part of the company’s development. The workshop follows strict 6S management standards and maintains a clean, orderly, dust-controlled production environment. Work areas are air-conditioned, and cooling refreshments are provided during the summer. The campus also includes employee apartments, restaurants, and sports and recreation facilities.
