NITOLY SERIES
A coordinated top-and-bottom load-bearing hardware system for large folding doors. The Nitoly G53 combines adaptive roller guidance, upper and lower corner hinges and concealed adjustment with a catalogue standard load of 200 kg.
Inward and outward folding, odd-number panel combinations and symmetrical even-number arrangements suit balconies, sunrooms, courtyards and outdoor or semi-outdoor commercial spaces.

NITOLY SERIES
The proprietary Nitoly process is designed to resist coastal salt spray, acid rain, corrosion and long-term aging. The hardware structure is engineered for frequent, heavy-duty operation while maintaining alignment and precision.
A vibration-damping suspension in the upper roller assembly carries up to 30% of the load. Large-diameter rollers and guide wheels combine with 3D adaptive adjustment to maintain track alignment and support smooth, stable movement.
The upper roller assembly supports quick removal and slide-in sash hanging without cutting the track or removing the glass. Corner-cleat hinge positioning simplifies setup, while concealed ±10 mm frame-side lateral adjustment accommodates fabrication and installation tolerances.
A concealed center wind-resistant latch engages when the door closes; latch quantity can be increased to suit door height and wind-load requirements. An anti-pinch design maintains a 15 mm gap when closed to help reduce finger injury risk.
Positioning hinges at the upper and lower corners allows continuous gaskets. A triple-seal arrangement supports air- and watertightness while the semi-concealed hardware keeps the detail visually restrained.
The upper- and lower-corner hinge layout eliminates conventional center hinges. The catalogue compares a 106 mm mullion-free sightline with a 160 mm mullion configuration, offering different detailing options for the opening.
Coordinated top and bottom support provides the catalogue's 200 kg standard load. Choose non-thermal-break profiles or 22-40 mm thermal-break configurations, with inward or outward folding and odd-number or symmetrical even-number panel arrangements.

Quantities are for the illustrated configuration and must be selected for the actual panel layout. Item 10 has two alternative cylinders: choose C99.8030C4T029 for outward folding or C99.3080C4T029 for inward folding. Wind-resistant latches, accessory kits and anti-sway components may require increased quantities according to door height. Both listed frame-side hinge assemblies belong to the illustrated arrangement; do not treat them as a single interchangeable item.
