NITOLY SERIES
A coordinated hardware system for inward-opening casement windows, with hinge options for 90° or 180° opening. Nitoly combines controlled sash movement, anti-pry locking and practical adjustment in a compact arrangement.
Choose an 80 kg, 90° hinge configuration or a 100 kg, 180° configuration, together with the matching sash dimensions, handle and gear-case backset.
Catalogue application ranges. Confirm the profile, sash dimensions, opening direction and selected hardware configuration before specification.
NITOLY SERIES
Solid rivets reinforce critical hinge connections, while wear-resistant materials at moving points support smooth operation. The Nitoly finish is designed to withstand coastal humidity, acid rain and long-term exposure.
The catalogue reports testing to 100,000 opening and closing cycles. Select a 90° or 180° hinge configuration to suit the required sash weight, size and opening clearance.
Anti-pry roller locking rods and reinforced strikers support secure closing. A built-in elastic insert reduces unwanted movement and noise in the locking assembly.
Clamp-mounted strikers with self-tapping screws simplify installation, and eccentric locking points provide ±0.5 mm adjustment. Positioning features help keep the sash aligned when the hinges are fitted.
A slot-mounted sash side and clamp-mounted frame side provide secure hinge mounting. The illustrated 90° hinge supports 0 to +3 mm vertical and -1 to +3 mm lateral adjustment; the illustrated 180° hinge provides -1 to +3 mm lateral adjustment.
PH954 rosette and PH348 rosette-free handles offer a comfortable grip and a clean appearance. Matte black, silver and antique bronze finishes are listed, with the correct spindle selected for each handle style.
The gear case incorporates an anti-misalignment device for consistent movement and secure installation. Backset options of 10.5 mm and 13 mm allow the drive arrangement to be matched to the window profile.

Select the opening angle and hinge load class first, then the required handing. Choose one handle style with its matching spindle, one gear-case backset and the appropriate locking-rod option. The 90° and 180° hinge rows are alternatives, and their sash-height ranges differ. Quantities shown apply to the selected configuration.
