NITOLY SERIES
Nitoly brings coordinated tilt-and-turn operation to UC-groove window profiles. Anti-misoperation devices, anti-pry locking points and roller-assisted sash support work together to keep the sash controlled through its opening modes.
Modular extension components support different sash dimensions, while clamp-mounted hinges and accessible adjustment points simplify installation and alignment.
The dimensions below apply to the base hardware configuration. Select width and height extensions to suit the final sash size, and confirm the complete configuration with HOPO.
NITOLY SERIES
The Nitoly process combines structurally integrated components with a corrosion-resistant surface. The catalogue describes resistance to coastal salt spray, acid rain and long-term exposure, with a hinge structure developed for repeated operation.
Quick-change gear-case backsets support profile adaptation. Extension ends are available with or without locking points, allowing the drive and locking arrangement to be configured around larger sashes.
A dedicated anti-misoperation device prevents handle rotation while the sash is open. Roller-assisted support helps resist sash sag, while anti-pry locking points, reinforced strikers and tilt-position protection support secure, controlled movement.
The locking point provides +1.5 mm height self-adjustment and 1 mm eccentric adjustment as stated in the catalogue. Upper-hinge compression can be adjusted by ±1 mm to fine-tune sealing at the corner.
The friction stay helps prevent the sash from striking the frame in wind. A corner-drive option can add locking support on the hinge side, helping the configured window maintain even closing pressure.
The upper and lower hinges use clamp mounting without drilling. An eccentric pin and clamping nut block secure the hinge with a 90° installation turn. Initial positioning points on the drive assembly and accessible hinge adjustments help simplify fitting.
