NITOLY SERIES
Precision-engineered hardware for C-groove tilt-and-turn windows. The Nitoly system brings together coordinated hinges, drive components and locking points for stable movement, quiet operation and lasting performance.
A 100 kg standard sash load, selectable 90° or 180° opening and a choice of rosette or rosette-free handles support a wide range of residential window designs.

NITOLY SERIES
The proprietary Nitoly process combines precision manufacturing with a focus on lasting surface performance. The system is designed to resist coastal salt spray, acid rain and corrosion in demanding environments.
The Nitoly catalogue specifies testing to 100,000 opening and closing cycles. The 180° hinge assembly can be switched to 90° opening, with a standard load capacity of 100 kg.
A self-adjusting upper hinge helps reduce sash wobble. Misoperation protection in the drive assembly and corner drive works with anti-pry locking points and strikers to support stable, protected operation.
Choose the PH954 rosette handle or the PH348 rosette-free handle in matte black, silver or antique bronze. The gear case includes an anti-misalignment block for reversible installation; each handle style has its matching spindle.
The hinge assembly is designed to avoid gasket interference, while anti-rattle devices in the drive components help reduce operating noise. An optional bottom corner drive supports additional sealing compression.
Fine-tune the installed sash with upper-hinge compression adjustment of ±1 mm, upper lateral adjustment of -3 to +1 mm, lower lateral adjustment of -1 to +2 mm and height adjustment of 0 to +3 mm.
The clamp-mounted hinge can be pre-positioned and secured with a 90° installation turn. The integrated tilt striker and flip support bracket snap into place, simplifying assembly and alignment.
