Production Workshop
The workshop is planned with an investment of more than RMB 40 million and covers 6,300 m². It can accommodate more than 70 stamping machines; at full-line capacity, planned annual output value reaches RMB 300 million.

01 / Precision Stamping & Tooling
Tooling and Precision Stamping
The current configuration includes 26 Chin Fong presses and 26 stamping lines. The Cyber series has a monthly capacity of 250,000 sets; after phase two is completed, planned monthly capacity will reach 700,000 sets.
Stamping Production Center
Runs controlled high-volume stamping for hardware structures and functional components.
Tooling Production Center
Supports the complete tool-manufacturing process with CNC machining centers, medium-speed wire EDM, lathes, grinders, EDM hole-drilling equipment and related resources.
HOPO handles tooling design, machining and production in-house and has established dedicated processes for precision stainless-steel stamping.
02 / Intelligent Assembly
Assembly Lines
Manual, semi-automated and human-machine-separated lines are configured for different product processes.
Handle assembly
Three manual handle assembly lines support an average daily output of 30,000 pieces.
Gear-case assembly
Eight existing gear-case lines are being expanded with four additional lines, raising planned daily capacity from 30,000 to 45,000 pieces.
CATH29 screen-hinge line
One human-machine-separated line is in normal production and a second is preparing to launch, with per-person efficiency improved by approximately 30%.
Single-station automation
Nine automation types assemble 16 component categories automatically, increasing UPPH from 96 to 500, an efficiency improvement of approximately 400%.
03 / Intelligent Logistics
Warehousing and Internal Logistics
The component warehouse covers more than 6,000 m² and the finished-goods warehouse more than 8,000 m². WMS, first-in-first-out management and AGV transport support material receipt, storage, picking and delivery.
WMS Management
Digitally coordinates inventory, locations, picking and movement records.
FIFO Control
Supports disciplined stock rotation and traceable batch handling.
AGV Transport
Automates internal material movement and improves the continuity of production logistics.
04 / People & Workplace
Workplace and Employee Facilities
HOPO applies 6S management and provides clean, air-conditioned working areas. Seasonal cooling drinks are supplied during summer, while employee apartments, restaurants and sports and recreation facilities support daily well-being beyond the production line.
